Everyday Cleaning

• Brush off dust and dirt after wearing with a soft brush or dry cloth.
• For marks, gently wipe with a soft cloth dipped in lukewarm water and a drop of mild soap. Wipe again with a clean damp cloth.
• Never machine wash, soak or scrub hard, as this can damage the material, stitching and glue.

Sneakers and Fabric Uppers

• Remove laces and wash them separately by hand.
• Clean soles and side walls with an old toothbrush and mild soapy water.
• Stuff with paper while drying to help them keep their shape.

Leather and Synthetic Leather

• Wipe with a slightly damp cloth, then dry immediately.
• Avoid alcohol, bleach and strong cleaners, which can cause cracking or fading.

Drying

• Always air-dry at room temperature.
• Keep away from direct sunlight, heaters and hair dryers, since heat can warp soles and weaken adhesives.
• If your shoes get wet in the rain, remove insoles if possible, stuff with newspaper and let them dry fully before wearing again.

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry, ventilated place.
• Use the original box or a dust bag to protect from dust and scratches.
• Avoid stacking heavy items on top of your shoes.

Make Them Last Longer

• Rotate between pairs instead of wearing the same pair daily.
• Use a shoehorn for closed shoes to protect the heel counter.
• Loosen laces or straps before taking shoes off.

• Products purchased from our website can be exchanged at the nearest ZStarShoes outlet within 7 days from the delivery date.

• To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, and you must provide the original receipt.

• Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange; unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.

• Exchanges will only be processed if the requested replacement product is available in our outlets.

• Accessories (excluding belts) are not eligible for exchange.

• Claims and exchanges will be processed based on the current price of the product.

Exchange Process

1. Visit your nearest ZStarShoes outlet with the original receipt and product.

2. Our staff will inspect the product to confirm it meets the exchange criteria.

3. If the replacement product has a higher value than the original purchase, the price difference must be paid in cash at the outlet.

4. Once approved, you will receive a replacement product from the available stock.
